This notice explains how Craft-N-Colour handles personal information when you visit https://craft-n-colour.com or contact us. We aim to collect as little personal information as possible and will update this notice if our services or data practices change.
Who is responsible for your information?

Information we process and why
Basic website operation and security: when a page or file is requested, our web-hosting provider and the WordPress software running this site may process technical data such as an IP address, browser/device information, requested page or file, referring page and timestamp. This is used to deliver the site, protect it and troubleshoot technical problems. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Technical server logs are retained according to the host’s operational and security schedule and only as long as needed for those purposes.
If you email us: we process the email address, name if provided, and message content so we can answer your question or privacy request. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding and keeping a limited record of correspondence. We delete correspondence when it is no longer needed, unless we must retain it for a legal reason.
You do not need an account to browse the site or download pattern PDFs. Public account registration, comments, contact forms and newsletters are not enabled.
Cookies
Essential WordPress cookies may be used on administrator login pages. Complianz stores your consent choice in a necessary cookie. The Pinterest Save button loads only after you accept the optional Marketing category; denying or withdrawing consent blocks its script. When the button loads, Pinterest may use cookies and receive information about your visit and the image you choose to save. See Pinterest’s cookie policy and Pinterest’s privacy policy. You can change your choice using the cookie settings control. Google Analytics and Google AdSense are not connected in Site Kit and are not currently used.
Service providers and international processing
Our web-hosting provider processes technical information needed to run and secure the site. Google Site Kit is connected to Google Search Console and PageSpeed Insights for the site owner’s search-performance and speed diagnostics. These services are not Google Analytics or advertising services. Google may process service information under its own terms. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
Depending on where service providers operate, technical information may be processed outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. Where required by data protection law, international transfers must be covered by an applicable legal mechanism and safeguards. Contact us if you would like information about the safeguards relevant to a particular provider.
We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-site targeted advertising.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information; to restrict or object to certain processing; to receive information you provided in a portable format; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To make a request, contact mail@craft-n-colour.com. We may need to verify your identity. You may also complain to your data protection authority. In Denmark, this is the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
Where applicable under US state privacy laws, you may also have rights to know, access, correct or delete personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising. We currently do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Contact us by email to exercise an applicable right.
External websites
Our pages may link to external websites. When you follow a link, that website’s own privacy practices apply. We do not control how external websites collect or use information.
